The number 51 bus route

So I was on the way home and just seen that TechnoBuffalo was doing an international giveaway to win a big brother -esque toothbrush along with “The phone of your dreams” when I saw a kid running along the road. I think it was one. I think I remember two of them I just don’t remember whether they were together or not I saw a shopkeeper charging down the street too, but I was distracted by the toothbrush’s mouth scanning feature, and wondering about what would classify as a “dream phone”, so I’m not sure whether he was chasing one of the kids, or just in a rush.

I have this issue where time isn’t always linear in my memory. I may have seen the two kids running in the same direction or in opposite directions; the shopkeeper may have been trying to catch one of them or even running away from them. I just don’t remember.

I didn’t see the shopkeeper leaving his shop, though. I just recognise him because I’ve been to his shop before. Almost every time I’ve been there, he’s had this one guy hanging out there, the weirdest looking git. He looked like the type you wouldn’t leave alone with a child. I’m not accusing him of being a paedophile, but he certainly wears the uniform. Plus, he’s always keeping a weird eye on any kid who comes into the store. I guess he’s just on the lookout for little thieves, but I always end up buying just a few more items when I see him there while kids are in the store.

Anyway, it just bothered me that I couldn’t remember the order of things, so I thought I’d post this here just in case anyone passing by this blog entry just happened to be along the number 51 bus route today and can help me with some details.

Right, back to Dawn Of Titans, my stop will be coming up in a bit I have time for one more battle.
